This was a 24 hour mountain Bike race sponsored by Red Bull the soft drink company, held at Sandwell Park nr Birmingham UK over the w/end 26-27th June 1999. The supporting events to the main race included a unicycle race at dusk on Sat 26th.
The race was a mini version of the 24 hour one. There was a (roughly) horseshoe shaped course over rough grass which included two hairpin bends. The race lasted 24 minutes and the competitor covering the largest number of laps in that time was the winner.
